Mr. A.S. Kadam

Mr. Akhilesh Kadam serves as a Lab Assistant in the Department of Civil Engineering with extensive experience in laboratory practices and technical support. He has one year of industrial experience and ten years of academic experience, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of laboratory activities and practical training. Mr. Kadam is actively involved in conducting and supervising civil engineering material testing and consultancy services, ensuring accurate testing procedures and adherence to quality standards. He has also contributed to surveying work, including the Rendal Road Project (2017–18), where he gained valuable field experience in survey practices and project execution. In addition to his technical responsibilities, he serves as the Transport Coordinator for both Diploma and Degree programmes, efficiently managing transportation-related activities and supporting students during academic and institutional events. Committed to continuous professional development, Mr. Kadam has published one research paper and has attended two workshops related to Civil Engineering, enhancing his technical knowledge and keeping pace with current industry practices. With his practical expertise, dedication, and commitment to quality, Mr. Kadam plays an important role in supporting laboratory operations and creating a productive learning environment for Civil Engineering students.
