Mr. A. F. Rathod

Mr. Anil Rathod serves as the Workshop Incharge and brings a wealth of industrial and academic experience to the institution. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering and has seven years of industrial experience along with six years of academic experience. Before joining academia, Mr. Rathod worked with reputed manufacturing organizations, including Force Motors, Suyash Industries, Jagdish Casting Pvt. Ltd., and Bosco Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Sangli. His industrial experience has provided him with extensive knowledge of manufacturing practices, production processes, quality standards, and workshop management. As Workshop Incharge, Mr. Rathod is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, ensuring the effective maintenance of machines and equipment, and promoting safe working practices. He plays a key role in maintaining a well-organized workshop environment that supports practical skill development and industry-oriented training for students. To further strengthen his professional expertise, Mr. Rathod has attended training on Manufacturing Processes, enhancing his knowledge of modern production techniques and industrial practices. With his technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence, he contributes significantly to the development of students' practical skills and the efficient functioning of the workshop.
