He focuses on developing students' practical skills, discipline, and confidence through hands-on training. To enhance his industrial exposure, Mr. Kumbhar completed one weeks of On-the-Job Training (OJT) at a Railway Workshop. This training provided him with practical experience in machining operations, workshop maintenance, quality practices, and industrial safety. He incorporates these industry practices into workshop sessions, helping students understand real-world manufacturing processes.
