Ms.M.D.Hake

Ms. Mrunali Dipak Hake is a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering, persuing M.Tech degree in Power Electronics And Power System from Rajarambapu Institute Of Technology, Islampur and four years of academic experience. She is committed to providing quality technical education by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications and outcome-based learning methodologies. Her teaching expertise includes subjects such as Electrical Circuit and Network, Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering, Electrical Wiring and Material Practices, Industrial Measurement, Switchgear and Protection, Utilization of Electrical Engineering, Entrepreneurship Development, and Elements of Electrical Engineering. She has actively participated in various Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and seminars related to electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, microgrids, energy storage systems, and NBA–OBE implementation. Her research interests include electric vehicle charging infrastructure, solar photovoltaic systems, renewable energy integration, and sustainable power systems. She has published research papers in reputed journals on topics such as solar electric vehicles with battery backup, smart irrigation systems, and sensor-based automation. Apart from teaching and research, Ms. Hake has successfully handled several academic and institutional responsibilities, including project coordination, timetable planning, student feedback, cultural and sports activities, personality development, and NBA Criterion 7 documentation. She believes in continuous learning, professional excellence, and nurturing technically competent, ethical, and industry-ready engineers through innovative teaching practices and student-centered education.
