Mrs. Rajani Rajaram Atigre is an accomplished academician with over 12 years of teaching experience in engineering, management, diploma, and undergraduate institutions. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of English and has extensive expertise in Communication Skills, Professional Communication, Business Communication, Management Skills, Spoken English, and Soft Skills. She is dedicated to developing students' communication competence, employability skills, and professional confidence through innovative and learner-centric teaching methodologies. She holds an M.A. (English), M.Phil. (English), MBA (HR), B.Ed., and has qualified the State Eligibility Test (SET) in English. Her research interests include communication pedagogy, digital learning, English language teaching, professional communication, and soft skills development. Mrs. Atigre has authored and presented 09 research papers at national and international conferences and has 01 granted patent in her name. She is honoured with the ""State-level Best Teacher Award"" in 2025 by ""Lions International's Lions Club of Kolhapur"". In addition to teaching and research, she has served as a Paper Setter, Subject Expert, External Senior Supervisor and coordinated numerous academic, cultural, technical, and student development activities. She is presently the Chief Editor of the college magazine ASPIRE-26 and actively contributes to institutional development through various academic and administrative responsibilities.
