Ms. V. B. Hajare

I have completed my M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, Shivaji University, Kolhapur, and I also hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in chemistry, laboratory practices, and teaching methodologies. I am passionate about teaching and enjoy explaining scientific concepts in a simple and practical way. I have four years of teaching experience as an Assistant Teacher at Mahatma Gandhi Jr. College, Vita, where I worked from October 2020 to October 2024. During this period, I was involved in classroom teaching, lesson planning, practical guidance, and supporting students in their academic development. I also worked as a Lecturer at Sanjay Ghodawat Institute, Atigre (Kolhapur), from 4th August 2025 to 30th November 2025. This experience gave me valuable exposure to higher education teaching, laboratory instruction, and student interaction at the undergraduate level.I believe that a teacher should not only deliver subject knowledge but also inspire curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking among students. I consider myself sincere, disciplined, and committed to continuous learning. I look forward to contributing to the Basic Science and Humanities Department through effective teaching, active participation in academic activities, and dedication toward the overall development of students and the institution.
