I am Kailas Shinde, a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with a strong academic background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Science Engineering. I have completed a Diploma in Computer Science Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, which has provided me with a solid foundation in both hardware and software technologies. I have gained practical experience while working as an IT Trainer at Aster Aadhar Hospital, Kolhapur, where I was responsible for training staff, providing technical support, and assisting in the effective use of various software systems. This role enhanced my communication, problem-solving, and technical skills. I am passionate about teaching, learning new technologies, and sharing knowledge with students. My areas of interest include programming, digital technologies, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and emerging AI tools. I continuously strive to improve my skills and stay updated with the latest technological advancements. I am a self-motivated, hardworking, and adaptable individual who enjoys taking on new challenges.
