Dr. P. B. Pandharbale

Dr. Priya B. Pandharbale is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sanjay Ghodawat Institute , Atigre, Kolhapur. She has 18+ years of teaching experience in higher technical education along with 3+ years of software engineering experience as Machine Learning Engineer, bringing a strong blend of academic expertise and industry exposure to teaching, research, and innovation. She attained her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, with research focused on Machine Learning-based Recommendation Systems, Personalized Search, and Information Retrieval. Dr. Pandharbale has published 11 international research papers, presented her research at national and international conferences, and contributed book chapters in emerging areas of Computer Science. She has also served as a reviewer for reputed journals and international conferences. She is the holder of four granted IoT patents and one published patent, demonstrating her commitment to innovation and applied research. Her research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Recommendation Systems, Information Retrieval, Internet of Things (IoT), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Intelligent Software Systems.
